Cocktail parties, wine and champagne tastings, lunches, dinners and live musical performances become focal points of laughter and conviviality onboard the ships and on the grounds of the adjacent promenade and lifestyle exhibition. Seminars and conferences on timely topics of business and culture provide fuel for conversation and intellectual engagement.

The Hainan Rendez-Vous Lifestyle Collection fills the waterside promenade and adjacent area and contains dozens of elite and iconic luxury brands. Here one may find jewellery of inimitable allure, celebrated creations of world-famous designers, exotic travel services, luxury real estate, ultra-prestigious brands of wines and spirits, some of the fastest supercars on the planet and more.

Works of fine art by renowned Chinese and international artists are displayed at various points on the show fairgrounds, embellishing the scene with beauty and provocation.

High-level negotiations between VIP guests and show sponsors and exhibitors take place in opulently appointed VIP lounges, which also host some of the show's most exclusive small-scale parties.

Located some thirty kilometres from the show fairgrounds at Sanya Phoenix International Airport, the Hainan Rendez-Vous Business Jet exhibition is an invitation-only component of the show. It provides an ideal environment for business jet brand representatives to engage with elite Chinese corporate leaders, many of whom are flown to and from the show on exhibitor business jets.

The celebrations at Hainan Rendez-Vous take place day and night throughout the four-day show.
