Thanks to virtues like sensitivity, creativity and insight, which he has come to be known for, Armando Manzanero has written over 400 songs, and more than 50 of them have become famous internationally. These include “Somos novios” (English version “It’s Impossible”) and “Esta tarde vi llover” (English version “Yesterday I heard the Rain”).

Hailed as one of the maximum exponents of Latin music and the modern bolero, this Mexican singer, songwriter and musician has participated in countless radio and television programmes, he has recorded more than 30 albums, he has created the music for countless films and he now continues to work as a music producer.

Manzanero’s songs have been played on the radio innumerable times, performed by such famous artists as Eydie Gorme, Johnny Mathis, Paul Mauriat, Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, María Medina and Luis Miguel.
